How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, click Checkout, and follow the steps to enter shipping and payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After an order enters processing, changes may no longer be possible.
If your cancellation is approved, refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours (your bank may take additional time to post the funds).
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and save your details.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Sizing issues happen—especially with athletic breeds like Malinois. Before returning, reach out and we’ll help you confirm sizing and recommend the best next step based on the item and our return policy.
Sizing & Fit Help
How do I choose the right size for a harness/collar/muzzle?
The best fit comes from measurements—not weight or breed alone. When in doubt, measure:
- Neck (snug, not tight)
- Chest/girth (widest part behind the front legs)
- Length (for some gear styles)
If you email us your measurements and the item you’re considering, we’ll help you pick the right size and reduce the chance of returns.
Are your products only for Belgian Malinois?
They’re selected with Malinois needs in mind (strength, drive, training use), but many products also work well for German Shepherds, Dutch Shepherds, and similar athletic breeds.
Product Use & Safety
Are bite sleeves/covers “toys”?
No—bite sleeves/covers are training equipment designed for controlled work. Always use them under supervision and ideally with guidance from an experienced trainer. Never leave training gear with your dog unattended.
Do you provide veterinary or training advice?
We share general product guidance and handling tips, but we’re not a substitute for professional veterinary care or a qualified trainer. If your dog has medical concerns or serious behavior issues, consult a veterinarian or certified trainer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
The Malinois partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-10 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🐶
